Seated Lateral Raise - I’m not against moving through the movement or a little momentum, as you don’t need to be so rigid. But using excessive momentum isn’t really beneficial either. Peak resistance of this exercise is in the top/end range, so make sure you’re set up in position that will allow you to target the mid delts. Keep those mid delts on top of your shoulder/in the direction of that line of force and arm path by leaning forward the entire time. Arms Raised in Sukasana •Hold - 10-60 seconds 2. Side bend in Sukasana •Both hips touching to the floor. 3. Backbend in Sukasana • pressing hands push the chest towards the sky. 4. Cat Pose in Sukasana •Roll Your back as much as you can 5. Parivrtta Sukasana • Back hand in line of spine on the floor • ⁠back straight • ⁠using your hands twist your upper body as much as you can 6. Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose) •Back straight 7. Janushirasana (Head to Knee Pose) (10-60 seconds hold) • Both hips in one line • Alignment of legs is right angle • both shoulders will come in one line while bending 8. Parivrtta Janu Shirasana •Open the leg sideways •Back straight 9 . Paschimottanasana (Seated forward fold) (10-60 seconds) • back straight • shoulder relaxed while bending forward. • knees pressed on the floor • lengthen your spine and bend forward. Seated Machine Rows - Firstly, adjust the seat so that you have a straight line of force that’s aligns your arm to be perpendicular with your body. Next, you want to keep your chest up for the whole movement. Pull with your elbows and squeeze/hold at the top. Come back out and get a good stretch. Repeat. The vertical handle is going to be more lat and mid back focused.
