I measure it with the @ovrperformance OVR Jump 🐇 Jump training is more forceful and muscularly driven. Still effective, but for training active contractile properties rather than reflexive actions. 🏋🏽‍♂️ Forceful jump training is great, but make sure to include true plyometrics in your programming as well.
