We don’t have time for that but we do have time for efficient recovery. Just 5-10 minutes that keep my body moving the next day. 1’ Yogi squat - hips + spine 1’/leg Hurdle seat - hamstrings 30-60” Toe seat - feet + achilles 30”/leg Kneeling hip flexor - open up the front 30”/leg Figure 4 Glute stretch - because Zone 2 isn’t always that easy Your body deserves a cooldown, not just another excuse.
