If you want a back workout that takes under 45 minutes, here is exactly what I do. My back is one of my strongest muscle groups, and this routine is a big reason why. I would also recommend using lifting straps because your forearms will give out before your back does. Using straps also lets you go heavier and put more tension on your back. Lat Pulldown
