Easiest beginner-friendly bread recipe 🥖 Perfect for sandwiches or bread on the side with your pasta, steak, or salad 🙂‍↕️ 4 Ingredients you’ll need: 3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1½ cups warm water • Mix ingredients and let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in size. • Lightly sprinkle flour over and under the dough and shape it into a ball. • Place a sheet of parchment paper over a large bowl and spread olive oil over the paper to prevent the dough from sticking while baking. • Place the dough onto the prepared, oiled parchment paper and bowl. • Preheat the oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside. Let the dough rest in room temperature while the oven preheats. • Once the oven is preheated, carefully place the dough (with the parchment paper) into the hot Dutch oven and cover with the lid. • Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. • Remove the lid and bake for another 12–15 minutes, until golden brown. • Let the bread cool for 1 hour before slicing. Crusty, homemade bread—ready the same day and so easy! 🥖✨ This is the bread I make anytime we want something quick at home—or to bring to a friend. 4 ingredients. No kneading. Mix, rise, shape, and bake in a Dutch oven. Ingredients (2 loaves) • 3 cups lukewarm water • 1 Tbsp active dry yeast (or instant yeast for faster rise) • 1½ tsp salt • 6½ cups all-purpose flour Method 1. In a large bowl, whisk water and yeast until dissolved. Stir in flour and salt until combined (dough will be sticky). 2. Cover and let rise at room temp until doubled, about 2–3 hours (or 1 hour with instant yeast). 3. Divide dough, shape into loaves, and let rest 20–40 minutes. Sticky dough is normal—add a little flour if needed. Wet hands lightly if dough sticks. 4. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside. Slash tops and bake: 30 minutes covered, then 10–15 minutes uncovered. 5. Cool at least 1 hour before slicing. This is one of my staple bread recipes, and it’s included in The Homemade Kitchen—your go-to resource for easy, everyday recipes. 🤍

Did you know that bread making isn’t really as hard as you think watching complex videos! Here is a simple breakdown of all the steps required to make a fluffy bakery style bread! Recipe All purpose flour (maida) - 360g or 3 cups Milk - 240g or 1 cup Active dry yeast - 7g or 2tsp Sugar - 30g or 2tbsps (add half in wet half in dry) Salt - 9g or 1/2 tbsp Milk powder - 8g or 1 tbsp Softened butter 60g or 1/4th cup Yield - 550g bread loaf Loaf size - 8inch loaf or half kg loaf Baking - pre heat oven to 180*c with fan mode on, bake for 30minutes - 1. Activate active dry yeast in room temp (22*c - 30*c) milk, mixed with half of the sugar. 2. In a big bowl, add all purpose flour (maida), sugar, salt and milk powder. Add the bloomed yeast and start kneading. 3. Once the dough comes together and no dry flour is left, add softened butter. Continue to knead for 15 minutes and then perform windowpane test. This indicated adequate gluten formation in your dough to facilitate a good rise. 4. Shape dough into a ball and let the dough rise till it triples in size (bulk fermentation). This may take anywhere between 1 hour - 3 hours depending on the temperature. 5. Deflate the dough and shape into your preferred bread. Let rise again till double in size (second proofing). 6. Apply some butter on the loaf and bake in a pre heated oven at 180*c with fan mode on for 30 minutes. 7. Always let bread cool down (do not cover) before demoulding and cutting. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast, honey, and warm water. Let sit for 10-15 min. 2. Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Mix until it forms a dough — I use my stand mixer and a dough hook. 3. Place in greased bread pans, cover with tea towel and wait 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 360. Score the center and bake in oven for 40 min. Once done, run butter over the top to seal. And takeout of pans to cool completely before storing. Let me know if you make it and what you think! 🫶🏼

Homemade Bread Recipe! 🍞🧈✨ No stand mixer or bread maker needed! Servings: 2 loaves! Ingredients: ✨6 Cups Bread Flour ✨2.5 Cups Water ✨2 Packets Active Dry Yeast (.25oz packets) ✨3tbsp Softened/Melted Butter ✨1/4tsp Salt ✨3tbsp Sugar Directions: ✨Warm your water to 110-114 degrees fahrenheit. Do not go higher or lower than this! Higher will kill the yeast, lower won’t be warm enough for the yeast. ✨Once water is at the correct temperature, add in your yeast packets & sugar. Let the yeast & sugar dissolve. When it’s dissolved, a foamy bubbly layer will be on top of the water. It will also smell sweet or like bread/dough! ✨Once the yeast & sugar is dissolved, add in 2 cups of flower, the salt & the butter. Mix until combined. From here, stir in the remaining flour adding 1 cup at a time. Dough will begin to form! ✨Lightly flour your cooking surface & dump the dough out of your bowl. Knead your dough until it transforms from shaggy & sticky to an elastic ball (around 8 mins) You will know you are done when you press the dough ball with your fingers and and it springs back slowly… if it stays indented, knead a bit longer. ✨Once you are done kneading, oil a large bowl. Place your dough ball in the bowl & make sure you spin & turn your dough ball to coat it in the oil. Cover the bowl with a towel & let rise for about an hour, until it has doubled in size. ✨Grease 2 9x5 bread pans. ✨Uncover your dough ball & punch it to deflate it (yes punch it it’s fun). ✨Lightly flour your baking surface again & divide the dough ball into 2 equal sized halves. Shape the dough into loaves (watch a youtube video if you have to!!!) and place the dough into the prepared bread pans! ✨Cover & let rise for another 45mins until doubled in size. ✨With about 10 mins left in your second rise, preheat the oven to 425. ✨When the second rise is complete, uncover your loaves, reduce the oven temperature to 375 and bake for 25 mins. ✨Move to a cooling rack, spread butter on top of the loaves & enjoy! #healthyrecipes #recipe #healthyfoods #recipes #homemadefoods #bread

You HAVE to try this - 3 ingredient, 5min no knead bread recipe. Recipe is below 👇 but first - SAVE this post & share it with one friend that needs this in their life! I promise you, this seeded no knead bread recipe takes you 5 minutes to prepare and then you leave it to do the rest of the work. You’ll achieve the easiest, most delicious homemade bread which you could make every day! My original version has been seen by over 10million people and this is my seeded version which is even better! Plus at the end of the video I show you how to use a Dutch oven to perfect your crunch! If you want to see my other bread videos tap the link at the end of the video. RECIPE below & USA conversions below too 525g strong bread flour (high protein flour) 7g quick acting yeast 15g Olive oil (or 1 tablespoon) Dissolve 10g salt in 445ml warm water 3 handfuls of your preferred seeds (I used pumpkin, sunflower and poppy) US CONVERSION 4 cups flour 1.5tsp instant yeast (or 1 sachet) 1tbsp olive oil Dissolve 1tsp salt in 2 cups warm water Mix your flour, olive oil, salted warm water and yeast together in a bowl. Mixing with a spoon is fine. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 2-3 hours (option to add seeds after 30mins). Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high sided baking tray or loaf tin. Try and use a tray that is no bigger than 30x20cm. Don’t worry if the dough is very loose and wet. Sprinkle with a little flour. Or to perfect your loaf, use a Dutch oven (see end of video) Before cooking, pre-heat your oven to 230C (fan) Put in oven for 30-40mins until the bread is baked and golden brown (and sounds hollow when tapped underneath). Remove paper, and put on wire rack to cool #italian #italianrecipe #easyrecipe #familyrecipe #feedingthefamily
