When I first started struggling with painful periods, hormonal acne, and all the things that came with feeling out of balance, there were very few conversations about lifestyle support. No one handed me a toolbox. No one explained how daily habits, nutrition, stress support, or herbs could play a role. So now I share the things I wish someone would’ve shared with me. Aids in energy & fatigue & rich in Iron!! really helps with blood replenishment. Dates are one of the best for health especially women!! You want like a half handful of gogi berries & 4 ish dates for thermos. There’s not a strict rule on how many but you do want to eat it after you drink it. Boil in water & let it sit for 20 mins. I can make a more detail video on that if you want too. Like I said, work with what you got!! The warm water alone will stimulation digestion (peristalsis) which boosts metabolism.
