CADevils Press - Form Check 👏
If you’re currently training with me in the @Sweat Challenge, or even if you’re not, I want you to double check your Devils Press form with this video. Especially for those of you doing my Strength & Performance program, you have a few of these programmed this week, and for those doing my High Intensity Strength program, you have a number of them next week 😈
It’s important that you are targeting the intended muscle groups correctly to ensure you’re getting the most out of the hard work you are putting into this exercise. Plus, performing the movement correctly reduces your risk of injury.
