I’ve balanced out the exercises here, where some will be more challenging than others. Keep the weight moderate, using those easier exercises as “recovery” so you can get through the 6 rounds with minimal rest 👌🏻

You’re probably doing your single arm rows wrong… but THAT’S OKAY! Because with a small tweak to your form you can start performing them more effectively and actually make progress. I see alot of people wanting to row the weight straight up with their hands. They pull to their armpit which is requiring more shoulders & bis/tris to pull the weight rather than your back. We’re trying to target those lats & upper back in these! For proper form, you can set up in a lunge or tripod stance, whichever is more comfortable for you. We are hinging the hips to lower down, not bending at the waist. You’ll start with the weight down at the bottom and I want you to think you are rowing the weight up and back toward your hip. We’re driving with the elbow, not with the hands. Think of it like you are going to put the weight in your back pocket. Your elbows should stay tight to your sides, shoulders stay square to the floor to avoid and twisting or shifting. DEVIL PRESS - Why Technique Matters 🔍 When done right, the devil press is one smooth motion from the ground to overhead. ✅ Correct technique: •As you drop down, place the dumbbells shoulder-width apart and let your chest fall between them. •From the bottom, use your hips and momentum to drive the dumbbells up in a snatch-like motion, straight from the floor to overhead. Result: one explosive movement, minimal strain, and maximum efficiency. ❌ Common mistakes: Placing the dumbbells too close together, so your chest lands on them instead of between, reducing stability and flow. Muscling the dumbbells up into a clean, then pressing overhead turning it into two separate lifts instead of one fluid snatch.
