The 3 doshas are not just human states of being but are also the states of prakriti. What happens in nature impacts us directly and thus, this ayurvedic clock is not our general 9-5 or 5-9 it is the internal clock of your energy system. In specific times of the day your surya and chandra nadi keeps shifting. Surya governs the logical and analytical brain and Chandra governs the intuitive and creative side of the brain. One of the nadis flows better than the other for a certain period of time in the day and it keeps switching. Based on the Sun’s rotation, the doshas also change and when they align with your nadis it is considered the best time to pick the activities Specific to the dominant dosha. This leads to better alignment with nature and thus higher productivity. I have lived this personally and have seen drastic changes in my personal and professional life. Kriya is a sacred part of my sadhana, not something to rush into and not something to take lightly. These are not “follow along” practices. they’re glimpses into a system that is meant to be learned gradually, with guidance, awareness, and foundation. Kundalini Kriya is not a workout or performance. they are inner cleansing processes working with breath, spine, and awareness to purify the nervous system, balance the nadis, and prepare the mind for stillness. This path isn’t about forcing energy to rise, it begins with refinement. with clearing, balancing, and aligning the inner pathways so that awakening can happen gracefully. The kriyas I work with here are: 🔸SKANDA KRIYA → balances ida + pingala and creates harmony between left + right energy channels 🔹PRANA KRIYA → energises the system and awakens upper body prana + vitality 🔸SURYA KRIYA → activates heat + physical purification and builds internal fire + strength 🔹CHANDRA KRIYA → soothes + purifies the mind and supports emotional release + inner calm 🔸SPINAL FLEX KRIYA (cat–cow)→ increases prana flow through the central channel and prepares the spine + awakens sushumna nadi Kundalini awakening doesn’t begin with force, it begins with preparation. with breath, movement, and awareness that gently open what is already within you. Les mouvements que tu vois ici font partie d’une pratique de Kundalini Yoga qui utilise des Kriyas spécifiques. Ne les reproduis pas à partir de cette vidéo si tu n’as pas de base en pranayama, en Breathwork ou en Kundalini Yoga, car cela peut être intense pour certaines personnes. J’ai pratiqué la respiration pendant plus de 3 ans avant d’explorer des kriyas qui associent souffle et mouvement. Je partage ici une routine personnelle, pas un cours. Une vidéo ne donne pas suffisamment de contexte pour pratiquer ce type de techniques en toute sécurité. Ici, je montre simplement une des façons dont je réveille mon corps le matin. Comment LIGHT on this post to learn this ancient energy science with me on my living in light course 🌸 (Only 11 50% off spaces left) Instructions for video poses here 👇 These exercises taken from the kundalini science are stand alone asana (postures) This is not a sequence, it’s a series of stand alone exercises, try one or two together and have some stillness after to experience the subtle shifts in your energy 🌸 Ps: you can use a chair to sit on if that feels better for you ✨ 1. Sufi grind- Sit in easy pose (or a chair) circle your torso around hips, with steady breath, inhale forward, exhale back (through nose in sync with movement) awakening energy and grounding through the spine. 1-2mins with eyes closed. 2. Spinal flex- sit on heels in rock pose (or chair) hands on thighs, inhale open heart forward, exhale round back (nose breath) Flexing spine back and forth. Don’t flick the head. 1-2 mins. 3. Spinal twist- in easy pose (or chair) hold the shoulders with fingers forward and thumbs back. Inhale twist left, exhale twist right. Bring your head with you. 1-2 mins. 4. Life nerve stretch- legs out in front, hold what you can or reach grab big toes, inhale lift up, exhale bow down hinging at the hips. 1-2mins. 5. Wide leg life nerve- bring the legs into straddle, without straining. Inhale arms raise above head, exhale bend over left leg, inhale centre, exhale right leg. Repeat 1-2 mins. 6. Seated kundalini shake- out on a lovely mantra, raise the arms and shake the arms and hands and more into the whole torso keeping the arms lifted. What other mistakes we do? ❌ Doing yoga after 40-45 minutes of having snack or meal Nope nope nope ✅ A good 2.5 hours to 3 hours is important for the same! ❌Practice yoga with AC ✅ Ventilated rooms for the win ( I never turn on fan while practicing) ❌Not doing it mindfully ✅ Well this not a mistake, but something which we learn over time with practice only ( your awareness, your muscle stretch, your way of feeling healing, your breath, your intentions everything should be at present Only and never in future or past) It takes lots of practice but will happen over time ❌ Laying down on the back and getting up with a jerk ( never do that please) ✅Always taking a turn to the side and then getting up :) ❌Not to mention ( dont practice yoga in periods as it pulls the prana upwards) Whys of what I explained in video ✅Synthetic material is neither good for the body nor the environment ( It is non breathable and doesn’t let your body breathe , so no purpose of doing yoga in that) Alsoo , I and @anashaya_yoga we do take online classes, you can DM us to know the availability:) We shall reply for sure, it might take us 2-3 business days, but we shall reply for sure :) Thanks for your patience! :) means a lot We both are NET/JRF qualified in yoga , and have done masters in yoga , so it’s holistic practice in our classes :) ✅ we are doing for our better selves but what about environment?
