Compositor Luis de Narváez | Norte) Empezamos hablando del sushi (con un arroz muy bien cocinado) que tiene una cantidad de pescado muy equilibrada y con una calidad de producto indiscutible. Repetiríamos todos los nigiris, pero el que más nos sorprendió fue el de Vieira, aunque justamente lo que destacamos de este sitio es que todos tienen combinaciones muy curiosas y distintas a las habituales sin opacar el sabor del buen producto usado. Sus platos calientes son sencillamente obras de arte que no podéis iros sin pedir. Su arroz queda genial con los gamones y el katsudon es espectacular, la carne muy bien empanada y esa salsita casera que moja el arroz os dejará sin palabras. El tartar de atún es una delicia muy original, y una de las joyas de la corona es su brioche, que destaca justamente por no ser nada seco e ir muy cargado. Terminamos con una torrija (obligatoria) con un mochi temporizado y su trilogía de cheesecake. 👩🏼‍🍳 Servicio muy amable y rápido por parte de Cristina. If you want to stimulate a tissue for growth, rehab, or for fun. EQIs give you a crazy good stimulus with a lot let soreness. Now I’ll program them in multiple times a week and see rapid pain improvements. Hold a weight isometrically that causes you to fail within 30s, once it starts to make you fail you fight for your life and try to hold that weight. Gives you a closer to real eccentric stimulus with a submaximal weight. So total load is lower, but time under tension and stimulus are kept very high. This is one of many variations of loading used in my rebuilding programs. If interested give me a shout.

Hip CAR Demonstration on Youtube 4/6, Even though we posted a hip CAR video just over a week ago, we don’t have a longer form, deeper-dive into it on Youtube so here it is. Again, all the passive stretching, positional isometrics, EQIs, eccentric loading, you name it, is done with the goal in mind of creating more USABLE active range of motion, which a controlled articular rotation showcases. Passive stretching is so often overly preached. People do it for a few days/weeks/months, don’t see or feel any meaningful difference in how they feel or perform and eventually fall off. That’s because they’re missing arguably the biggest component of joint health, usable range of motion and not tons of passive dead space (even though most people need more passive space too). It all comes back to the CAR, your use it or lose it tool. Everything else we do here is to gain it back or build a hedge to avoiding losing it in the future.
