Learn to workout at home 🩷 Episode 1: The reverse lunge (glute bias) I don’t work my legs without some form of the reverse lunge included. This move has huge returns, so let’s learn how to nail it! 1.Keep your gaze slightly down on the floor in front of you. 2.Step back and hinge at the hips (slight forward lean). 3.Lower your back knee until it lightly taps the floor, letting the dumbbells track down beside your front foot/ankle. 4.Drive through your front heel and use that front leg to stand. Your legs are strong! The goal is to use weight that actually challenges them. Focus on balance and clean form first, then add weight. Trust me, you’ll get better and better over time as your strength and mind-muscle connection improve. Start with 2-3 working sets per workout, 2-3 times per week. Muscles: Glutes (max + med), hamstrings, adductors (inner thighs). Enjoy!
