Nutrition ⬇️ Calories - 525 Carbs - 49.5g Fat - 15g Protein - 46.3g Ingredients ⬇️ Serves 2 2x Chicken Breast Fillets, 150g 1x Egg, Whisked 1x Tsp Paprika 1x Tsp Garlic Powder Pinch Salt & Black Pepper 40g Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips 30g Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix 2x Tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce 2x Tbsp Cranberry Sauce 2x Brioche Burger Buns 2x Tbsp Light Mayonnaise Romaine Lettuce 2x Cheese Singles Slices Method ⬇️ Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees. Cover the chicken with cling film and use a rolling pin to flatten the breast to ensure even thickness. Weight out the tortilla chips, tip into a zip lock bag and crush into a fine crumb. Tip the tortilla crumb into a large shallow dish and season with paprika and garlic powder. Mix well to combine. To a second dish, whisk one egg and season with salt & pepper. Each in turn, dip the chicken breast fillets into the egg and then into the tortilla crumb to coat. Place directly into the hot air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Whilst the chicken is cooking, make up the stuffing mix following the instructions on the packet and divide the mixture into two equal parts. Mould into a burger sized patty and cook in the air fryer for around ten minutes, or until firm and crispy. Meanwhile, prepare the spicy cranberry sauce by mixing together the cranberry and chilli sauce in a bowl. Compose your burger with lightly toasted brioche bun, light mayonnaise, lettuce, chicken fillet, cheese slice, stuffing party and one tablespoon of the spicy cranberry sauce. Ingredients (serves 1) 1 large chicken breast 1 egg (egg wash) Flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic granules and paprika Panko breadcrumbs Oil for frying Brioche burger bun Mayo Lettuce Stuffing Cranberry sauce Optional - gravy for serving Method: 1. Slice the breast in half so you have 2 thinner chicken fillets. Dip into flour, egg wash and panko breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until both sides are nice and golden. 2. Bake in the oven at 200C for 12-15 mins. Add slices of cheese in the last minute. 3. Assemble burger - toasted bun, mayo, shredded lettuce, crispy cheesy chicken, stuffing, cranberry sauce and top bun. 4.
