Obliques with a sprinkle of upper body off the back💪🏼 If you know me, I LOVE to add pushups whenever and wherever I can 🤗 It’s a great compound exercise that targets multiple muscle groups and I often add them into my Oblique sequences. Instead, tell clients to “brace like they’re about to be tickled but trying not to laugh.” It instantly taps into the internal obliques and transverse abdominis — and it’s memorable. 🤭 ⚓️BONUS TIP⚓️ You can cue a deeper core connection in wheelbarrow by telling clients to “press their palms down like they’re trying to leave fingerprints.” That downward force wakes up the lats and the TVA (my fav muscle group to talk about!) without overwhelming the wrists. #lagree #lagreefitness #lagreemastertrainer #lagreeinstructor #lagreetips #lagreewithsami
