Stop doing the same lat pulldown every back day👇🏽 Your lats aren’t one muscle. Different grips = different angles = fuller, more toned back. These are 6 variations I rotate between. You do NOT need all 6 in one workout. Pick 2-3 per session based on what you want to target: 1. Standard grip → Overall lats. The default. 2. Underhand grip → Lower lats. Helps with that V-taper. 3. Close grip → Mid-back + lower lats. For thickness. 4. Wide grip → Upper lats + width. For “wings”. 5. Rope grip → Max stretch + lower lats. My favorite for mind-muscle. 6. Single arm underhand → Rear delts + mid traps. Fixes posture. I personally run 3 sets x 12-15 reps for whatever 2-3 variations I choose that day. Quality > quantity. SAVE this so you stop defaulting to standard grip every time. Which one are you trying next?
