You can change the Dip to bias more your lower pecs instead of the triceps by leaning forward. Lean into the dip and allow for a good stretch of the pecs. If a bodyweight dip is too difficult, you can also use a machine variation. The 2nd exercise is a High-To-Low Cable Chest Fly. This high-to-low angle emphasizes more towards the lower head of the pectoralis major.

Lie back on the bench, and using dumbbells bring them over your head palms facing up stretching out the pecs, rotate them around towards your hips in a circular motion. As you reach the end of the movement the dumbbells should be under hand, fly/uppercut them back up to starting position. SQUEEZE YOUR PECS THE ENTIRE TIME. Think about using your chest muscles to control the weights. - BENEFIT: This exercise is a great finisher as it engages the entire pec, MAINLY targets lower Pecs and also stretches your chest and shoulders. BUT, by starting from a high position, you are going against the orientation of the upper chest (clavicular fibers) and greatly reducing the contribution from the front delt if your intention is to specifically prioritize the sternocostal fibers (which includes the lower pecs) Please remember, genetics plays a MASSIVE role in how your pecs look. For instance, I have a pigeon chest. For those who donโ€™t know what that means, my sternum sticks out and so my abs will almost stick out farther than my pecs.
