Big movement doesn’t fix traffic jams. Qi gong. Heel drops. Shaking. Vibration plates. Rebounding. All AMAZING for lymph flow. 👏🏼 But here’s the problem most people miss… If your choke points are congested, you’re just pushing more fluid into a backed-up system. Your lymph doesn’t have a heart. It depends on pressure changes and muscle movement to move. When you bounce or shake, you’re increasing pressure gradients and mechanically accelerating lymph flow. But if the main drainage pathways are sluggish? You create more pressure upstream. Think of it like: 🚰 Turning the faucet on full blast …when the drain is partially clogged. That’s why I always say: 👉 Clear the Specific 7 first. • Termini • Tonsillar • Apical • Arm pit • Cisterna chyli • Groin • Knee These are high-traffic intersections. When they’re open, everything downstream moves smoother. Research shows lymph flow increases with skeletal muscle contraction and oscillation-based movement. But flow requires patency of the vessels and functional drainage pathways. Movement helps propulsion it doesn’t fix obstruction. So here’s your order: 1️⃣ Open the choke points (slow, intentional, ~1 pump per second) 2️⃣ THEN bounce, shake, heel drop, or qi gong 3️⃣ Finish by re-clearing your termini Open the drain. Then turn on the faucet. Your results will change. #lymphaticdrainage #lymphaticsystem #lymphdrainage #specific7 #lymph

Nobody talks about the area behind the ear, but it’s arguably the most important checkpoint in your entire facial lymphatic system. Tension here slows drainage across the whole face, causing the kind of puffiness and lost definition that no cream or tool can fix — because the problem isn’t on the surface, it’s in the flow. This zone is also directly connected to your TMJ and can quietly drive headaches and jaw tension you’ve been ignoring for years🙌

👂🏻Magic EAR points🔥 SAVE THIS 🟡 Yellow area - lymphatic drainage This area is connected to the lymphatic vessels that drain fluid from the face and around the ear. Gentle massage here can help stimulate lymph flow, reduce facial puffiness and improve fluid drainage from tissues around the ear and jaw. 🔵 Blue area - ear pressure regulation Located close to the structures around the ear canal and temporal bone. Releasing tension in this area may help reduce the feeling of ear pressure or fullness by improving circulation and relaxing surrounding muscles. 🟢 Green area - jaw joint (TMJ) This point lies near the temporomandibular joint. Tension in the jaw muscles can affect the ear because the joint sits directly in front of the ear canal. Gentle massage can help relax the jaw, reduce clenching and relieve tension that often contributes to ear discomfort. 🔴 Red area - nerve and circulation support This area is rich in small nerves and blood vessels that influence the ear and surrounding tissues. Stimulating this point may improve local circulation and sometimes help reduce sensations such as ringing in the ears (tinnitus) or tightness around the ear. Regularly relaxing these areas helps restore balance between the jaw, ear structures and lymphatic system. Try it for one minute on each side. Want more advices? If your ears constantly feel full, muffled, or like they need to pop, stop holding your nose and blowing—you're likely just creating more irritation. In the video, I’m showing the High-Grab Pop: By grabbing high on the ear and giving a quick, gentle downward pull, you create a rapid pressure change that provides instant relief. But if you have stubborn fluid trapped behind the eardrum (Eustachian tube dysfunction), you need the Low-Grab Stretch: 1️⃣ Grab low on the earlobe. 2️⃣ Pull down and hold a sustained stretch. Why does this work? The sustained stretch releases the surrounding fascia and soft tissue, physically opening up the Eustachian tube so that trapped fluid can finally drain out through your lymphatic system. Save this for allergy season 🤧 or your next flight ✈️, and let me know in the comments if you get the pop or the drain! 👇 #EustachianTubeDysfunction #CloggedEars #EarPressureRelief #LymphaticDrainage #FasciaRelease

🦶✨ This Simple Basin Trick Flushes Toxins Out of Your Entire Body Your feet have over 7,000 nerve endings and some of the largest pores on your body. They’re a direct highway to your lymphatic system - your body’s garbage truck. If you feel heavy, foggy, or bloated, your lymphatic system needs this “biological broom.” 🧹🌿 How it works: -Epsom Salt: Floods your body with magnesium to pull out heavy metals and kill inflammation. -Apple Cider Vinegar: Balances skin pH and breaks down toxins stuck deep in your tissues. -Rosemary & Ginger: Stimulate circulation and move stagnant lymph to sweep waste out of your system. -Heat: Opens your pores and gets everything moving. What you need: -A basin of hot water (as warm as you can handle) -1 cup Epsom salt -½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) -Fresh rosemary sprigs -Sliced fresh ginger The Routine: -Mix everything in the basin. -Soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes. -The Secret Step: After drying, dry brush your feet using upward strokes toward your heart. This signals your lymph to keep moving! The Results: ✨ Less brain fog ✨ Deeper, better sleep ✨ Clearer, glowing skin ✨ Reduced swelling and puffiness 💡 Extra Tip: Drink a large glass of lemon water right after your soak to help your kidneys flush out the toxins you just released! 💬 Are you team “Hot Bath” or “Foot Soak”? Lymphatic drainage helps move fluid, reduce inflammation, and support your immune system. Whether you have lymphedema or just want to feel better, this can help. 😊 And you can do it before your coffee's ready. 💁🏼‍♀️

Puffy face in the morning? This is one of my favorite quick routines. ✨ Lymphatic brushing helps encourage fluid movement in the lymphatic system… which can help reduce facial puffiness and support circulation. A few things most people don’t realize 👇 💧 Your lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump — it relies on movement ✨ Gentle brushing can help move excess fluid that causes puffiness 🤍 Light pressure works best since it sits just under the skin Such a simple step… but it can make a noticeable difference in how your face looks and feels. 👇 Comment LYMPH and I’ll send you the details! #lymphatichealth #morningroutine❤️ #puffyface #over60beauty #over60andfabulous

What your doctor is not telling you about biopsies! 😱 Biopsies can spread cancer!!! This is a procedure in which a needle is inserted into the tumor or area of the body where cancer is suspected and cells are collected for analysis. Unfortunately, biopsies are the only test that can definitively diagnose cancer. During a biopsy cancer cells often become dislodged from the tumor and can end up migrating to other areas of the body through the bloodstream, lymphatic system, and interstitial fluid. This allows the cancer to find another favorable environment in the body to grow. The fact that biopsies spread cancer has been confirmed by multiple studies. According to Dr. Tony Jimenez biopsies are not really necessary unless you’re going to do chemotherapy. There are other tests you can perform that give good indication that you have cancer without doing a biopsy. ❤️These tests include tumor marker tests performed by your conventional doctor, these only show up in the blood if there are excessive amounts. ❤️You can also perform a circulating tumor cell test, these are types of cancer stem cells that are key to the metastatic process. Testing these can provide valuable information of a presence of a tumor or cancer. Comment “learn” for more free education, accountability and support.
