Hast Du schon mal darüber nachgedacht, was dieser Satz wirklich in Dir anrichtet? „Ich muss!“ wird zum unbewussten Befehl, der Dir ständig aufs Neue vorgaukelt, dass Du nicht genug bist, dass Du immer mehr tun musst, um „genug“ zu sein. Und was passiert dann? Du findest immer wieder neue Dinge, die Du tun musst – selbst im Urlaub! Der Druck bleibt. Die Ruhe kommt nie. Dein innerer „Ich muss“-Drang sabotiert Dich permanent. Warum ist das so? Weil Du das Denkmuster von „Ich muss!“ tief in Dir verankert hast. Es wird zu Deiner Realität, zu Deiner täglichen Wahrheit, die Dich auslaugt und Dir den Raum nimmt, um wirklich zu leben. Wann wirst Du endlich aufhören, Dich von diesem „Muss“ beherrschen zu lassen? Wann entscheidest Du Dich, Deinen inneren Dialog zu ändern und Dir selbst den Raum zu geben, nicht immer „müssen“ zu müssen? With my academic background in psychology and sports management, this felt like the perfect app to make - an AI Visualization expert for athletes. I’ve worked with a sports psychologist for a few years and know the immense benefits of training your mind, so I thought, why not make something that makes mental training more accessible?
