Here’s the recipe for the Egg Bites ⬇️ PS. If you need a link to the same silicone mini muffin pan, just comment with the word PAN and you’ll get a DM with the direct link :) Ingredients: 6 eggs 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup cheese (I used mozzarella) 1.5 links of sausage (I like Applegate organic chicken sausage) 1/2 bell pepper diced (or other veggie of choice) 1 tbsp avocado oil Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F 2. Cook the sausage and bell pepper on a skillet with a tbsp of avocado oil. 3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. 4. Add in the sausage mixture into the egg mixture. 5. Add the mix into a mini muffin pan. And divide between 24 mini muffin cups (about 2 tbsp in each). 6. Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 min 7. The egg bites will rise up a lot, but then they will deflate down, so don’t be alarmed. 8. Store in the fridge for ~5 days. ** if you use a silicone mini muffin pan, you don’t have to coat it with oil and the egg bites pop out very easily once cooked. If you use a regular muffin tin pan, spray it with oil before adding the egg mixture in. Macros: 1 egg bite 44 calories 3g fat 0.6g carbs 3.5g protein

I used to meal prep Egg Muffins all the time because they are high protein and nutritious but these mini ones are a game changer. They are my kids favourite breakfast, maybe because of the bite size novelty but they taste great and are so easy to hold and dip into sauce. Better yet you can prep these ahead of time and store in the fridge or freezer, a perfect nutritious snack or breakfast whenever you like ❤️🥰 You will need: (Makes 30 mini) or 12/16 large Cupcake Size •5 whole eggs & 360g egg white OR • 12 Whole Eggs • Veg of your choice chopped into small pieces: tomato, peppers, onion, courgette, carrot, spinach are all great options • 50g Grated Cheese: I used 25g of both Mozzarella and cheddar, Feta is also amazing! • 1 Tablespoon Oregano • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Preheat oven to 170C 1.Mix the eggs, cheese, oregano, garlic powder & salt together. 2.Grease a mini cupcake tin with olive oil. 3.Pour the mixture into each section until almost reaching the top. 4.Sprinkle some chosen veg into each. 5.Bake for 15mins or until cooked through. Eat right away or store in an air tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. If freezing- pull out and defrost in the fridge to eat cold or re-heat in the microwave or oven until hot. Enjoy!!

Veggies, chopped ham or cooked chicken, tuna, or keep them plain and simple with just grated cheese. 🥚 preheat oven to 180c. Here’s the ingredients: 9 large eggs 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt to taste 2 tbsp melted butter for muffin pan Half roll of cooked sausage, chopped 24 cubed colby jack cheese (2 per cup) 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 5 slices bacon, chopped Bake for 18-20 min on 375F or until cooked through. #breakfast #eggbites #mealprep

This will be the base for all of your egg bites. 2) Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites • Bacon • Gruyere cheese • Colby Jack 3) Veggie Ham Egg Bites • Spinach • Green & Red Pepper • Red onion • Diced Ham • Colby Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese Bake the egg bites in the air fryer for at least 15-16 min at 290 degrees.
