🚨Here’s today’s chest workout: With Christmas 🎄 around the corner, schedules can get hectic, but even a quick 30-40 min session is far better than skipping entirely. Consistency is key.🔑 The chest is made up of 2️⃣ main muscles: the pec major and pec minor. U don’t need 4+ exercises to build size and strength. Today, I kept it simple and focused 🔎 on dumbbell work with just two exercises: •Incline Bench: 6 sets •Flat Bench: 6 sets Each set was 10-12 slow 🐢, controlled reps. My home gym maxes out at 100lbs dumbbells, so I slowed the tempo to make them feel like 125-130lbs. This workout challenges u to drop the ego, focus on form, and truly control the weight.
