It's light, and packs ~33g of protein—perfect for when you have a little extra time to prep something different. 📊 MACROS (whole recipe): * ~300 kcal * Protein: ~33g * Carbs: ~5–7g * Fat: ~15g 📋 INGREDIENTS * 3 eggs (yolks and whites separated) * 150g lactose-free Greek yogurt o * A pinch of salt 👉 Sweet version: vanilla or cinnamon (optional) METHOD: * Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form * In another bowl, mix the yolks with the yogurt until smooth * Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture (bottom to top) * Pour into a baking tin lined with parchment paper * Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25–30 minutes (static oven) * Let it cool slightly before slicing
