🔥✊1-Rep Minute 1-Rep Push-Up Challenge ✊🔥 Tag a buddy you think could crush this 1 rep perfectly. 🏋️‍♂️ ✅This is 1-minute pushup challenge; the setup is simple 30 seconds down and 30 seconds up for 1 rep. ✅ Abs braced, glutes tight, body in a stiff line from head to heel NO sagging or pike of the hips – body straight as a board is the goal. No Weights at Home? No Problem! This is a prime example of how to make light loads go along way, which we recently did a podcast episode on as well. Advanced folks can throw these into working sets of 1 minute on 1 minute off x 5 sets for an amazing upper body pump that feels like you just bench pressed hundreds of pounds without lifting a single weight. For my beginners out there try hands elevated on a bench or box and overtime you can work your way to the floor version, as you get stronger.
