Wenn du beim Pushdown deinen Ellbogen vom Kabel wegführst, passieren drei entscheidende Dinge: 1️⃣ Der Hebel auf den Trizeps wird länger Je weiter der Ellbogen vom Widerstand entfernt ist, desto größer ist das Drehmoment im Ellbogengelenk. 👉 Mehr Drehmoment = mehr mechanische Spannung im Trizeps. 2️⃣ Die Schulter verliert mechanischen Einfluss Bringst du gleichzeitig die Schulter möglichst nah ans Kabel, verkürzt sich der Hebel im Schultergelenk. 👉 Weniger Belastung für vordere Schulter & Lat 👉 Weniger „Abfälschen“ der Bewegung 3️⃣ Das Ellbogengelenk bleibt das arbeitende Gelenk Beim Pushdown soll nur ein Gelenk arbeiten: der Ellbogen. Alles, was in der Schulter passiert, ist verlorene Spannung für den Trizeps. ⚠️ WORAUF DU ACHTEN MUSST Ellbogen leicht vor dem Körper, nicht hinter der Hüfte Schulter stabil, nicht nach vorne kippen Kein „Nachdrücken“ aus dem Oberkörper Gewicht nur so schwer, dass der Hebel konstant bleibt 🔥 WARUM DAS ENTSCHEIDEND IST Muskelwachstum wird durch mechanische Spannung getriggert. Nicht durch Pump. Nicht durch Brennen. Nicht durch dein Ego. Afferra le estremità della corda con presa neutra (palmi che si guardano), piedi larghezza bacino, ginocchia leggermente piegate per stabilità. Busto dritto, core compatto e gomiti letteralmente “inchiodati” ai fianchi. . . 🔥 Esecuzione: Concentrica (Spinta): Espira ed estendi le braccia verso il basso raddrizzando i gomiti. Nel punto più basso, separa le due estremità della corda (“apri la corda”) per ottenere una contrazione completa dei tricipiti. Eccentrica (Ritorno): Inspira e lascia risalire la corda lentamente fino alla posizione di partenza. Il movimento deve essere controllato: i gomiti restano fissi nello spazio, si muovono solo gli avambracci. . . 🎯 Muscoli Target: Tricipite brachiale (tutti i capi, con enfasi specifica sul capo lungo). . . 💡 Pro Tip: Tieni la parte superiore del braccio immobile e i gomiti stretti al corpo. Größerer Trizeps? Dann optimiere deine Pushdowns. 💪 Viele trainieren hart – aber nicht präzise. So holst du aus jeder Wiederholung mehr raus: 1️⃣ Daumen raus. Ein thumbloser Griff bringt die Stange tiefer in die Handfläche, reduziert unnötige Handgelenksbelastung und hilft, die Ellbogen stabil zu halten. 2️⃣ Handgelenke neutral. Kein Abknicken – so bleibt die Spannung im Trizeps und nicht im Gelenk. 3️⃣ Oberarme fixieren. Kein Schwung, kein Pendeln. Je stabiler die Oberarme, desto mehr Arbeit muss der Trizeps leisten. 4️⃣ Trapez entspannen. Schultern aktiv nach unten ziehen. Fokus auf die Armstreckung – nicht auf den Nacken. 5️⃣ Leichte Vorlage. Ein minimaler Oberkörperwinkel verbessert Hebel und Bewegungsradius. 6️⃣ Ellbogen eng am Körper. So bleibt die Spannung maximal im Trizeps und die Gelenkbelastung minimal. 👉 Technik schlägt Gewicht. 👉 Wer Muskeln will, muss gezielt Spannung erzeugen. #onlinetrainerlizenz #trizepstraining #pushdown
