You CAN’T and you WON’T ❌ …build your dream physique on broken shoulders. Most lifters push through pain instead of learning how to move. This drill rebuilds that shoulder foundation! Pure external rotation strength. Here’s how I rebuilt mine ⬇️ • Sit on the floor with your elbow supported on a box or bench. • Keep your shoulders parallel to the ground. • Let the dumbbell pull your arm back: hold 30–90 seconds. • Keep the working arm in line from elbow to opposite shoulder. • Use your other hand under your knee to stabilize your shoulders. Let it stretch. Let it burn. At least up to a 6-8/10 discomforfort (work your way up to 10/10). That’s where real shoulder health begins.
