This set of exercises I use during my lymph cleansing program. Find link in my bio or comment Lymph. ❗️ ATTENTION Cold temperatures can slow lymphatic flow. The lymphatic system relies on muscle movement and vessel contractions rather than a central pump. Cold causes vasoconstriction, reducing circulation and muscular activity, which in turn slows lymph movement. Prolonged exposure to cold can therefore make lymph more stagnant and reduce detoxification efficiency. Don’t practice grounding and this exercises if outside temperature is lower than 20 degrees Celsius. Do these practices separately. If the main goal to make lymph flow - exercise indoors in warm room. 10-15 min and your body is ready for the day. Do in the morning and every time you need a boost of energy. 💪🏼 lateral lunges - improve balance, stability and strength a bounces - activate fascia, stimulates lymph drainage, and pumps fresh fluid through the tissues. 💪🏼 Bounces with hip rotation - Free the pelvis where stress and emotions often build up 💪🏼 Trunk twists - stretch your spine, twisting wrings out stagnation from the core and organs, improving digestion 💪🏼Body waves - Reset the nervous system, improves energy flow 💪🏼 Arms up and down - pumps the lymph through chest + underarms, clears blockages in the upper body 💪🏼 Ballet squats - train my hips and general balance, strengthen lower back (keep it straight) 💪🏼 Loose arm swingings - lymph massage of the belly, hips My lymph cleansing program is on Day 5 today 😁 Thank you @mikerholland for inspiring people to move ❤️🙏🏻🫂

Your lymphatic system is apart of your immune system, it’s made of tissues and organs that help fight diseases such as lymph nodes, bone marrow, spleen and tissues. This system doesn’t have a pump (like your heart/blood) and can become sluggish or blocked, which is when you see puffiness, inflammation, achy limbs, and fatigue/brain fog. By doing these lymphatic drainage movements you help flush this build up of fluid and toxins out of your body. My three easy additions to my day to support my lymphatic system are: - morning ice water face dunk: cold exposure helps act as a pump & can reduce puffiness - arm swings & jumps: these act as a an internal massage helping open your lymph vessels and get things flowing - dry brushing: this unclogs detox pathways, acts as a manual pump, and boosts circulation. Make sure that you brush towards your heart! Let me know if you add any of these to your routine or if you’d like a full break down of any lymphatic drainage techniques. Make sure you gently massage your main lymph nodes first (collar bone, groin, & arm pits) to get the most out of these habits. 🤍

How to Drain Your Lymph Naturally Your lymphatic system is the key to good health. It removes waste, supports immunity, reduces inflammation, and even helps your skin glow. Yet most people don’t know how to keep it moving. Which is where this simple routine comes in. 1. Legs Up the Wall
This simple position uses gravity to move lymph and fluid from your legs, reducing swelling and improving circulation. It also calms the nervous system. Lie on your back, rest your legs against a wall, breathe slowly, and stay for 5–10 minutes (20 mins if time permits). 2. Move Daily
Unlike the heart, your lymph has no pump. Movement is essential to keep it flowing. Walking, stretching, rebounding. Anything that keeps you moving helps flush toxins and clears stagnation. 3. Hydrate
Lymph is mostly water. Dehydration slows it down. Start your day with spring water (or reverse osmosis) and a pinch of sea salt to maintain minerals and support flow. 4. Big 6 Lymphatic massage
Gentle, consistent pressure moves lymph toward the collarbone where it drains. Focus on the collar bone, neck, armpits + chest, abdomen, groin, and back of legs (all in that order. 10 rubs and taps each side). This routine supports detox, improves circulation, reduces swelling, and leaves your body feeling lighter and energized. 5. Sauna and Cold Therapy
Alternating heat and cold expands and contracts lymph vessels, naturally pumping fluid through your system. It’s one of the fastest ways to reduce inflammation and support detox. 6. Deep Breathing
Your main lymph vessel sits under the diaphragm, so each deep breath helps lymph move. Practice slow, 4/7/8 breathing daily to calm your nervous system and enhance detox. 7. Clean Nutrition
Your lymph mirrors your diet. Single ingredient foods, plenty of fresh produce, and avoiding processed seed oils help your lymph flow clean and healthy. Keep your lymph moving consistently. Your energy, immunity, and skin will thank you. Small daily habits add up to big benefits. #detoxnaturally #holistichealth #cleanliving #naturalhealing #healthtips

Comment LYMPH for my gentle lymph tools + your Free Lymph Prep Guide 🩷 Follow along for my lymph & nervous system rituals like this. This lymph reboot series is all about: If I were to restart my lymph journey from scratch, this is exactly where I’d begin. Yesterday, I walked you through my steps for the vibration plate, here’s what’s included: Step 1: Nervous system regulation (just like we do inside @somasyncofficial). 👉🏼 Your nervous system can slow down or boost lymph flow, so we always start here. 👉🏼 With our Syncs, people have shared with us that they feel lighter, their stress tummy down, and face is less puffy. Step 2: Gentle lymph stimulation, like dry brushing. But before Step 2… we prep the lymph. 👉🏼 Start by easing in with just the face (parts 1 & 2 of this series)
👉🏼 Then move into full-body prep (this part) Step 3: was then the vibration plate after easing into the others. Why? Because it can be overstimulating for some. So, these are measures I have taken & others have told me it’s been awesome for them too. I think of lymph prep like unclogging a drain before turning on the water, since lymph fluid always flows toward lymph nodes, clearing those areas first helps everything move smoothly and efficiently. Make sense? Should I keep going with this lymph reboot series? Drop a 👏 or comment LYMPH Thanks so much for being here, I truly hope this body knowledge is helpful & empowering to you, friend! Comment LAZY & I’ll message you my lazy lymph drainage tool + FREE lymph prep guide if you haven’t gotten it yet! 💕 I have struggled with puffiness and inflammation, and helping my lymphatic system and stress has made a huge difference for me. The thing is, our lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like our cardiovascular system, so if we can do things to help with lymphatic flow, we can have the best drainage possible. Now, why do I even care about lymphatic drainage and the lymph system? ▪️ Detoxing ▪️ Depuffing, inflammation ▪️ Transport of nutrients ▪️ Immune health Think of lymph flow like this, and prepping lymph nodes helps keep the traffic flowing: ➡️ Smooth Traffic = Healthy Lymph Flow: When cars are moving freely, it’s like a well-functioning lymphatic system, where lymph fluid moves smoothly, clearing out toxins, waste, and supporting immunity. ➡️ Traffic Jam = Lymphatic Stagnation: When there’s a traffic jam, cars come to a standstill or move very slowly—just like lymph fluid can become stagnant, leading to a buildup of waste, swelling, and compromised immune function. Was this helpful? Next, in our lymph series, I’ll be sharing vibration plate vs rebounder, dry brush tutorials as requested, and more! I hope this is helpful! 💕 PS please don’t forget—if we are in a STRESSED, fight-flight state, our body slows down lymphatic drainage. This is why I LOVE to start with building a strong, resilient nervous system—so we can get the best lymphatic drainage. (Educational and informational)

Most people think lymphatic drainage is just about looking less bloated. It’s not. If you constantly feel swollen… Heavy… Tired for no clear reason… Irritated… Your body might not be “lazy.” Your lymphatic system might just be overloaded. Lymphatic drainage is not just aesthetic. It supports circulation. It helps your body eliminate excess fluids and toxins. It can reduce inflammation. And yes — it can help you feel lighter, more energized, and more balanced. When your lymph flows better, your whole body responds. This is not about vanity. It’s about how you feel inside your own body. If you’re tired of feeling puffy, exhausted, and uncomfortable in your own skin… It might be time to look beyond the surface. Save this video and send it to someone who needs to hear this. 💆‍♀️✨

I’ve been incorporating a simple but powerful lymphatic drainage sequence taught by Dr. Perry Nicholson of Stop Chasing Pain — and it’s something almost everyone can benefit from. Your lymphatic system is responsible for clearing waste, toxins, excess fluid, and supporting immune health. Unlike your circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement and breath to circulate. This six-step sequence follows the body’s natural drainage pathways: 1. Collarbone (supraclavicular area) – This is the main drainage terminal where lymph re-enters the bloodstream. Opening this first creates space for everything downstream. 2. Neck – Supports drainage from the head and face. 3. Underarms (axillary nodes) – Major clearing hubs for the upper body and breasts. 4. Stomach/abdomen – Stimulates the cisterna chyli, the central lymph reservoir. 5. Pelvis/inguinal region – Supports drainage from the lower abdomen and hips. 6. Behind the knees (popliteal nodes) – Key for clearing fluid from the lower legs. Benefits may include: • Reduced puffiness and fluid retention • Improved immune support • Better digestion and detoxification • Decreased inflammation • Support for hormone balance • Relief from heaviness or sluggishness • Nervous system regulation After stimulating these areas, adding movement amplifies the effect. Jumping on a vibration plate, rebounding on a mini-trampoline, or simply bouncing lightly in place creates the mechanical force your lymph system needs to circulate more efficiently. Think of it as: Open the drains → stimulate flow → add movement to move it through. It takes just a few minutes and can make your body feel lighter, clearer, and more energized.

Your lymphatic system isn’t “stuck” — it’s often overloaded. When lymph flow is compromised, inflammation rises, detox slows, and healing takes longer. Supporting lymphatic health requires more than supplements alone — it starts with movement, breath, circulation, and reducing the body’s overall load. At CherishYou, we offer services specifically designed to support lymphatic movement and flow, helping the body do what it was designed to do naturally. Education is the first step. Support is the next.

your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump it moves when YOU move!!! when it’s stagnant → puffiness, inflammation, fatigue, breakouts, brain fog, & an overall “dull” feeling can occur 💛here’s how to support it holistically: • REBOUNDING !!! 🤸🏻‍♀️ (or mini hops on the ground do the trick too) the gentle up-and-down motion stimulates lymph flow and supports detox pathways without stressing your nervous system. 5–10 minutes goes a long way & is such a mood booster • DAILY WALKING 👟 low-impact, rhythmic movement that contracts muscles and pushes lymph through the body !!! bonus points if it’s outside in the sunlight + fresh air • DRY BRUSHING 🌀(toward the heart) light, sweeping strokes help manually move stagnant fluid and stimulate circulation. **always brush toward lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin) • DEEP DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING 🧘‍♀️ your diaphragm acts like an internal pump. slow belly breathing literally helps move lymph through your torso (4-4-4-4, 4-7-8, 5-5-5) • HYDRATION & MINERALS 💧 lymph is mostly water, so dehydration = thicker fluid = slower flow. trying adding a pinch of quality sea salt or trace minerals into your water • SAUNA & SWEATING 🥵 heat increases circulation and supports detoxification through sweat !!! *follow with hydration and minerals ^ • LYMPHATIC SELF MASSAGE 💆‍♀️ use very light pressure (this isn’t deep tissue) & gently massage your collarbone, face, ears, jaw, & nose. think “stretching the skin,” not digging deep into muscle • LEGS UP THE WALL🦵one of my favorite ways to unwind before bed or after a hard workout !!! this uses gravity to help fluid return from the lower body. super helpful if you sit or stand a lot • REDUCE INFLAMMATORY INPUTS 🍬 ultra-processed foods, refined sugar, alcohol, chronic stress, & poor sleep all lead to stagnation. lower inflammation to help with the flowww • DAILY MOVEMENT 💃🏻 pilates, yoga, dancing, stretching, dynamic strength… the lymphatic system loves movement !!!! even 10-20 minutes makes a huge impact flow in the body = clarity & joy in the mind 🤍🤍🤍 #lymphaticsystem #wellness #wellnesstips #holistichealth #holistichealthcoach
