If you have any doubts or lack confidence, I advise you to seek a spotter, assistance, or consider taking classes. How to backwards roll: Step 1: Squat down into beginning position. Step 2: Roll backwards and place your hands next to your ears. Chin has to be tucked. Step 3: Roll backwards and while you place your hands on the ground, extend then legs. Step 4: Once you extend legs, try to push off with your arms Step 5: All together but now push heavily upwards with your arms so you make a roll. Make sure to keep your chin tucked. Block Handstand to Hollow Body – Do a handstand against a large resi block (about waist height), then use your arms and core to pull yourself back to a tight hollow body. 🌟 2. Back Extension Slap Down – Use a vault block to roll down, then flop to your tummy on a pit pillow while staying tight in hollow body. 🌟 3. Shoulder Zip Roll Down – Roll down a cheese mat with a pool noodle across your lap. As you roll back, throw the noodle with your shoulders to feel that drive from the backs of your arms.
