This video is a fascinating visual exploration of how staples function and how they can be used creatively. It begins by showing copper-colored staples being arranged into a unique, zigzagging geometric structure, transitioning from a standard block into a complex artistic shape. The creator then demonstrates the standard practical use of the staples by loading them into a teal stapler and fastening a piece of paper, followed by a close-up of the resulting bent staple. The second half of the video shifts into a detailed 3D animation set against a cosmic, blue nebula background. This animation deconstructs the interlocking nature of staples, showing how multiple units can be woven together to form a rigid, 3D cubic lattice. It serves as both a demonstration of a common office tool and a creative look at the structural potential of simple everyday objects. Key Points in Short Form: Creative Assembly: Shows staples being folded and linked to create a decorative, accordion-like copper chain. Functional Use: A quick demonstration of loading a stapler and the physical transformation of a staple as it pins paper. Geometric Visualization: A 3D animation illustrates how individual staples can theoretically interlock to form a complex, woven cube. Visual Contrast: The video moves from real-world DIY crafting to high-quality digital rendering to highlight the "hidden" geometry of staples.

Here’s a “bone smashing demo”. Epiphysis is best to tap as there is less cortical bone there so it is easier to deform driving fluid forces throughout the bone. Moderate intensity is used. Direct bone stimulation is better than indirect stimulation(ex jumping) as it directly targets the bone. The drawback to this is that you can’t multitask while doing it and there’s no muscle contraction which also puts deforming forces on the bone. Unless you tap a lot growth will be slow. Possible risks include nerve damage, cartilage damage, possible blood vessel damage, and skin damage. But if you work your way up and learn your limits you can minimize risks. If you just start tapping like crazy that’s where the risks increase. I do not believe this is the best method for height increase as you can’t do anything else while doing it and the lack of muscular contraction means that other methods that involve muscular contraction are likely more effective. Still I think 10 taps a day per epiphysis may be worthwhile on top of other height increase methods. I do not have any direct evidence to show that this works it is all theoretical based on bone fluid flow theory. I don’t think solo on its own this will work to increase height in a significant manner but I think 10 taps a day in conjunction with other methods will be beneficial #bonesmashing #growtaller #increaseheight

Beginners, if you practice this step consistently for 2–3 days, you’ll start developing much better grip and control in your legs. 🔥💪🏻 This is a proper breakdown of the reject step. Tip: While trying, don’t forget to bend your legs properly. Also focus on your upper body, it should move front and back with the step. This will help you look more relaxed and cool 😉🤟🏻 Which step tutorial/breakdown would you like next? Getting out of pronation🌺🌺🌺. Good foot alignment is important for efficient and pain-free walking through the lifespan. 🌺🌺🌺Sometimes it can only be achieved with braces. Other times like with this little boy who came to me at 15 months, his response is so good that I’m hoping that eventually he will be able to walk without SMO braces or only shoe inserts. #spinabifida #spinabifidaawareness #spinabifidawarrior #spinalstimulation #physicaltherapist #wheelchairuser #wheelchaircommunity #accessible #inclusionmatters #accessibliltymatters #spinabifidastrong #spinabifida #tetheredcord #lipomyelomeningocele #myelomeningocele #spinabeautiful #disabilitypride #fetalsurgery #hydrocephalus #specialneedsfamily #spinalstimulatorbynevro #spinalcordinjury #pediatricphysicaltherapy #neurorecovery #neuroplasticitytraining #spinabifidaawareness #transversemyelitis

EXERCISE SPOTLIGHT: Drop Foot 🦶 • • • 🧡Drop foot with MS can be caused by weakness in the muscles that bring your toes up, tightness in the back of your calf, or a combination of the two leading to a motor pattern that causes your foot to slap the ground when you are walking. • • • 🧠 The following exercise is FUNCTIONAL, meaning it is relatable and meaningful to something we do - walking! When we strengthen in a functional way, we create new or strengthen existing neural pathways in our brains to reinforce that motion. Which in this case is an important one to clear our foot when we walk! • • • 👉🏼 Focus on contacting the ground with your stepping foot heel-to-toe • • • 🌟If you have a hard time lifting your foot up to clear a can, start with something shorter. Find a target you are SUCCESSFUL with to reinforce the correct motion. Having a target to clear can be a helpful cue, rather than just going through the motion itself. • • • ⚠️ If you have trouble with your balance, start by holding onto something (chair, kitchen counter) when doing this exercise. Let me know how it goes! • • • #multiplesclerosis #ms #mswarrior #madestrong #msphysicaltherapy #mspt #multiplesclerosispt #multiplesclerosisphysicaltherapy #msexercise #multiplesclerosisexercise #physicaltherapy #neuropt #multiplesclerosiswarrior #stillsmyelin #mswarrior #fums #nmss #nationalmssociety #madestrongpt

Stepper workouts, often done on using a step aerobics platform, are excellent for improving cardiovascular health, building strength, and enhancing overall fitness. Here’s a breakdown of their uses: #ᴀᴋɪx #boxing #motivation #speed #sports 1. Cardiovascular Fitness • Steppers engage large muscle groups, particularly in the legs, providing an effective aerobic workout that strengthens the heart and lungs. • They improve stamina and endurance over time. 2. Lower Body Strength and Toning • Target muscles include the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. • Regular stepper workouts can help sculpt and tone these areas, especially useful for kickboxing footwork and power. 3. Calorie Burning and Weight Loss • Steppers are effective at burning calories, making them ideal for those looking to manage or lose weight. 4. Low-Impact Option • Stepper machines provide a low-impact workout, reducing strain on joints compared to activities like running. 5. Balance and Coordination • Using a stepper improves balance and coordination as you work on controlled movements and foot placement. • This is particularly helpful for sports like kickboxing, where agility and stability are key. 6. Versatility • Can be adjusted for intensity, making it suitable for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts. • It can also be incorporated into interval training, HIIT sessions, or warm-ups. 7. Convenience • Steppers are compact and easy to use at home or in the gym, providing a versatile workout option. Activate your arches and toes⬇️ If you can stretch your feet, but can not hold the poistion on it’s own, try this exercise🔥 Use a light to medium-weight looped band, make sure it has a good grip and holds in place. 1️⃣From a sitting position, put the band on your foot, covering your heel and all toes. 2️⃣Make sure to keep your knee and back straight at all times. Relax your foot completely —> Point and arch your foot simultaneously for 20 times. 3️⃣Repeat with the other foot (20x). 4️⃣Repeat with both feet together (20x). 📍 Pro tip: for straighter leg lines, pull your feet off the floor, using your leg muscles #pointedfeet #balletfeet #dancerlegs #dancetips #dancetraining #danceexercise #legexercises #pointeshoe #ballet #ballerina #getinshape #danceclass #stretch #arches #balletart
