Here are the 3 main form tips you want to be aware of when performing Tricep Pushdowns with a Bar. 🔥 Form Tip #1: Instead of Using an Underhand Grip, this will make things harder for you to push more weight, so instead use an Overhand Grip so you can generate the most force output. ✅ Form Tip #2: Instead of Having your Hands Behind your Wrists, make sure your Wrists are Parallel to your Forearms to Avoid any Wrist Injury. ✅ Form Tip #3: Lastly, instead of Having your Shoulders Over The Bar, this will force the Shoulders to be involved in the movement, so instead, take a Slight Step Back and Focus on Bending with your Elbows. ✅ Using a combination of all 3 will be killer in growing your Triceps. 🔥 Keep crushing it saiyans . #triceps #arms #armworkout

Setting the pulley to a high position and using an overhand (pronated) grip for cable triceps pushdowns activates all three heads of the triceps, with greater emphasis on the lateral head. Switching to an underhand (supinated) grip works slightly more of the medial head. To better target the long head, lower the pulley to chest height, face away from the machine, and perform overhead triceps extensions—this position places the long head under a greater stretch, enhancing its engagement.
