Entre sollozos, decía que su mamá estaba grave, que se estaba muriendo por un derrame, y que necesitaban con urgencia dos unidades de sangre A- y una válvula. “¿Qué pasó?”, repetía sin cesar, mientras sentía cómo el cuerpo se me debilitaba. Me mareé, tuve que sentarme y, en medio del pánico, pensaba desesperadamente cómo resolver la situación. De pronto, la llamada comenzó a tener ruidos, como estática. “¡Aguanta! ¿Qué chucha pasa aquí?”, dije. Cerré la llamada y de inmediato volvieron a marcar. Contesté otra vez, ya con más sospecha, y los mandé para la ver… Acto seguido llamé a mi hermana. Fue ahí cuando confirmé lo peor: a ella, a mi sobrino y hasta a una vecina les habían hecho exactamente la misma llamada. Peor aún, un primo ya había sido víctima: le sacaron 500 dólares como supuesto rescate por su hijo “secuestrado”. Aunque no caí, la voz aún me retumba en la cabeza y tengo el estómago revuelto por la impresión. ⚠️ Esto es una estafa. Juegan con el miedo, la urgencia y el amor por la familia. Por favor: No actúen por pánico. Cuelguen y verifiquen directamente con sus familiares. No den información personal ni envíen dinero. Denuncien estos números. No caigamos en manos de estos maleantes.
