Day 28 | Run the Rack – Semi-Supinated Wrist Curl Objective: Build forearm strength, grip endurance, and tendon capacity through ascending and descending loads. Execution Setup: Hold a dumbbell with a semi-supinated grip (thumb slightly turned up). Control the dumbbell — no swinging. Action: Start at a medium weight. Perform controlled wrist curls through full range. Move up the rack in 2.5-5 pound jumps until you reach your 5RM (heaviest weight you can lift for 5 clean reps). Once 5RM is completed — immediately begin working back down the rack. Decrease weight each round until you reach the lightest possible load. Variable/Accommodating Resistance Banded Standing Staggered Stance Single-Arm Landmine Press can be a great exercise for upper body pushing strength development. The issue with the standing Landmine press without the band is that it gets way too easy at the top of the movement, but the band changes the strength curve to provide consistent resistance throughout the entire range of motion allowing you to overload the triceps more.

Expand it to a 3:1 ratio. This will help strengthen and build more muscle in your mid and lower trap fibers and bring your question mark shaped posture to looking like an exclamation mark...would you rather walk and look like this ? or this !
