🚨Here’s today’s chest workout: With Christmas 🎄 around the corner, schedules can get hectic, but even a quick 30-40 min session is far better than skipping entirely. Consistency is key.🔑 The chest is made up of 2️⃣ main muscles: the pec major and pec minor. U don’t need 4+ exercises to build size and strength. Today, I kept it simple and focused 🔎 on dumbbell work with just two exercises: •Incline Bench: 6 sets •Flat Bench: 6 sets Each set was 10-12 slow 🐢, controlled reps. My home gym maxes out at 100lbs dumbbells, so I slowed the tempo to make them feel like 125-130lbs. This workout challenges u to drop the ego, focus on form, and truly control the weight. TRY THIS TO SHAPE UP THE OUTER/LOWER PECS👇🏼 - Decline Around The World Dumbbell Fly. Using a decline bench (or regular bench just elevate the one end with plates.) Lie back on the bench, and using dumbbells bring them over your head palms facing up stretching out the pecs, rotate them around towards your hips in a circular motion. As you reach the end of the movement the dumbbells should be under hand, fly/uppercut them back up to starting position. SQUEEZE YOUR PECS THE ENTIRE TIME. Think about using your chest muscles to control the weights. - BENEFIT: This exercise is a great finisher as it engages the entire pec, MAINLY targets lower Pecs and also stretches your chest and shoulders.
