Most people think running improvements happen overnight. Or by hammering fast runs every day. 
But it won’t happen that way. And it definitely didn’t for me. My Hyrox race pace didn’t drop from 5:18 to 4:35/km because I “trained more.” 
It improved because I trained smarter. For months I stuck to the basics:
🔹Easy slow runs to build aerobic efficiency 
🔹Shorter Intervals (with rest) focused on faster consistent pacing
