What do you do?
Save the static stretching and get into dynamic stretching.
This prepares your body for movement and has you moving.
As opposed to static stretching which is where you aren’t moving.
And even more importantly, don’t forget to do your warm up sets for the specific exercise that you’re going to do.
The days of static stretching and balancing on one leg holding your quads are over. Get moving and get warming up correctly!
