“As the team over at the @reframe_app continues to make great improvements to the app, I wanted to highlight the progress tracker in the reel as just another level of accountability and motivation.
Usually cutting down on how much you’re drinking, or quitting altogether, is a learning process we have to go through. It’s rarely an immediate click. It can take time with many stops and starts. It took me several months in the beginning to even have a small idea where I was going with any of this. So when I see a tool that I think can help people like this, I like to share it!
Learn about how alcohol impacts your body and mind. Learn how it impacts our emotions. Learn different ways to cope when triggered. All this information and more can be found in the daily tasks section and toolkit in the Reframe app. With the @1000hoursdry subscription you also get an added level of support and accountability built-in.
Bottom line with all of this... Just keep pushing yourself forward and learning in whatever way works best for you.
Whatever you do, if you are starting out, just don’t go through it alone. There are many communities/individuals out there to support you on this road. I just scrolled through the Community Forum in Reframe and the support being given and questions being asked/answered by our peers is fantastic. This app really is a great tool to add wherever you’re at in your journey.
