Bayesian Curls👇🏼 The most common mistakes when performing bayesian curls is using momentum to swing the weight, not fully extending the arms at the bottom and standing too close or too far from the cable. All of the above reduces effectiveness of this exercise. So instead do this: * If you’re using your torso to swing the weight up, keep your core tight and perform slow, controlled reps. Focus on squeezing your biceps at the top. * Cutting the range of motion short reduces the stretch and muscle activation so extend your arm fully at the bottom while keeping your elbow slightly behind your torso. * Standing too close reduces the stretch on the biceps on the other side standing too far can cause excessive shoulder involvement, to avoid that position yourself so that your upper arm remains slightly behind your torso, with constant tension on the biceps even in the bottom position.
