Ainda mais no Burpee que joga sua frequência cardíaca lá em cima e, já é garantia de morte 🤪 Existem dois pontos de performance que irá te ajudar nesse caso: 1️⃣ Voltar com os pés afastados - principalmente se a mobilidade de cadeia posterior não for seu forte; 2️⃣ Voltar com os joelhos mais estendidos possível - evitando um agachamento “extra” no meio do movimento. The intention comes down to THE FEET! If your feet are close together, the only way you can get down is to lazily round your back as you place your hands down… and it’s the same scenario when you come up! To really get the calorie burning, effective cardio benefits of the burpee, you gotta have your feet WIDE! Wide feet allows you to SQUAT in and out of the burpee, which keeps your spine in a neutral position while helping you build athleticism!
