⚠️ Burpees are a WASTE OF TIME! At least, if you do them like how 99% opt to do them, which is when you just “go down, go out, and come up” without any INTENTION! The intention comes down to THE FEET! If your feet are close together, the only way you can get down is to lazily round your back as you place your hands down… and it’s the same scenario when you come up! To really get the calorie burning, effective cardio benefits of the burpee, you gotta have your feet WIDE! Wide feet allows you to SQUAT in and out of the burpee, which keeps your spine in a neutral position while helping you build athleticism! It’s such a small change, but turns the burpees to one of the most ineffective exercises into one of the best cardio moves you can do! Widen your feet! Thank me later!
