ACL testing Always a big day when we test quadriceps and hamstring strength every four weeks @championptp during their workouts, we build in CMJ testing and single leg jump testing. This allows us to collect as much data as possible, and allow some variance in how the athlete will perform day by day and week by week. Here we are perform performing is isolated quadriceps and hamstring isometric testing at 90Β°. 90Β° of flexion seems to be the most reproduce for us but 60Β° seems to be the optimal range of motion to test. I also like to do vertical jump testing instead of horizontal hop testing because of the increased activity of the quadriceps during a vertical jump.
