We have limited equipment during lockdown so these and snatches have been appearing in my @teamgrit.ocr program a fair bit and I'm learning to love them. I'm also growing myself a pair of baby traps which I'm a big fan of 😍 #shouldergoals. Result: one explosive movement, minimal strain, and maximum efficiency. ❌ Common mistakes: Placing the dumbbells too close together, so your chest lands on them instead of between, reducing stability and flow. Muscling the dumbbells up into a clean, then pressing overhead turning it into two separate lifts instead of one fluid snatch.
