You do not need an hour to train mobility. Ten minutes is enough if your consistent. World’s greatest stretch 6 reps per side. This opens the hip flexors and adds rotation at the same time. Dynamic mobility like this tends to improve usable range of motion more than just holding a stretch. Up dog to down dog About 10 slow reps. Up dog opens the front of the body. Down dog lengthens the back side. Moving between the two helps keep the spine and shoulders moving instead of stiffening up. Half kneeling rotations 6 to 8 reps per side. This trains thoracic rotation, which takes stress off your low back and shoulders. Cossack hovers Slow and controlled. You are building strength and mobility in the inner thighs, glutes, and hamstrings at the same time. 90 90 with a forward fold 5 reps per side. This improves hip external rotation and control at end range.
