A kneeling position shortens the lever so it’s less stress to start out with vs standing. 2. Closed Chain Glute Bridge Gotta get those glutes back online in a similar way to how you walk which is closed chain. 3. Dynamic Hamstring Stretch This is to starting mobilizing the tissue - it feels good! Just make sure to keep a curve in your low back or it could start to irritate it. 4. Kneeling Side Plank Lift Off This is kind of a part of the McGill Big 3 - I modified it a little. It’s great for building balance, core strength, and glute strength!
