Down regulating breathing exercises activates the parasympathetic system, helping with relaxation and restoring balance. This is why breath control is such a powerful tool in managing stress, enhancing focus, and promoting overall well-being. The nervous system is the control and coordination system of the human body. Its structural and functional unit is the neuron (nerve cell). It is divided into two main parts: Central Nervous System (CNS) and Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). The CNS includes the brain and spinal cord. The brain controls thinking, memory, balance, and involuntary actions. The cerebrum is the largest part and controls intelligence and voluntary actions, while the cerebellum maintains balance and posture. The medulla oblongata controls involuntary activities like heartbeat and breathing. The spinal cord controls reflex actions. The Peripheral Nervous System connects the CNS to the rest of the body and includes 12 pairs of cranial nerves and 31 pairs of spinal nerves. It has two divisions: somatic nervous system (controls voluntary actions) and autonomic nervous system (controls involuntary actions). The autonomic system further includes the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) systems. The enteric nervous system is called the โ€œsecond brainโ€ and controls digestion. #parmarssc #trialreels #ssccgl2026 #viralreels #Educational

Five nervous system resets you may already do without knowing why. Pressing your forehead. Rubbing your chest. Tugging your ears. Holding the back of your neck. These arenโ€™t random habits. Theyโ€™re your body trying to complete something. The inner corners of your eyebrows hit your supraorbital nerve which talks directly to your brain stem. That little flap covering your ear hole has a branch of your vagus nerve running through it. Your bottom lip connects through fascia all the way down to your chest. The base of your skull locks down in fight or flight to protect your brain stem. Your sternum is dense with nerve endings and rubbing it is literally what paramedics use to wake people up. Youโ€™ve been doing your own nervous system work your whole life. You just didnโ€™t know thatโ€™s what it was. Shake it off. Get it off your chest. Pain in the neck. These phrases exist because the body already knew. But somewhere along the way we got trained out of it. Sit still. Stop fidgeting. Be professional. Act normal. So now you override every impulse your body sends and wonder why you feel disconnected and stuck in your head. The S.A.F.E. Method teaches you how to โ€ข Stop overriding your bodyโ€™s natural impulses โ€ข Recognize what your system is asking for โ€ข Work with your body instead of managing it โ€ข Trust the weird stuffโ€ฆ itโ€™s usually right Your body already knows what it needs. You just stopped letting it. L!nk in b!o or comment TSM for the S.A.F.E. very specific signs your nervous system is overloaded or dysregulated ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ your nervous system to get stuck in a state of overload or dysregulation, especially if you have unresolved trauma or live in a state of constant stress ๐Ÿฅน when your nervous system gets overloaded or dysregulated, it can become difficult to shift out of that state even when the source of stress or trauma is no longer present ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ other symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system include: โœจsleep issues โœจdifficulty regulating emotions โœจchronic or long-term physical pain โœจsensory sensitivity โœจgut issues โœจbrain fog โœจmemory issues โœจhyperactivity and/or frequent dissociation โœจmemory issues โœจfeel wired and tired the good news is that your nervous system is also resilient and adaptable โœจ you can shift your nervous system out of a dysregulated state in 60 days with somatic exercises ๐Ÿ’– as you release the stress, trauma, & tension out of your body, youโ€™ll begin to feel much more calm both physically & emotionally ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ your pain will start to go away and youโ€™ll have much more energy ๐Ÿ’– youโ€™ll suddenly be out of emergency mode & feel like you can focus again โœŒ๐Ÿผ after you release, youโ€™ll also no longer have a hard time sleeping or feel dissociated at night ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ regulating your nervous system is like hitting the reset button on your life โœŒ๐Ÿผ do you want to heal your nervous system and release trauma out of your body? get guided through the step by step ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ heal your nervous system (3 course bundle) ๐Ÿ”— on profile ๐Ÿ’–โœŒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’– โ€ข โ€ข โ€ข #somatichealing #somatic #somatics #nervoussystem #nervoussystemregulation #nervoussystemhealth #nervoussystemhealing #traumahealing #traumarecovery #chronicpain #chronicfatigue #chronicstress #insomniac #insomnia #brainfog #storedtrauma #parasympathetic #parasympatheticnervoussystem #bodyhealing #traumahealingjourney #canteat

Reset your nervous system in under 60 seconds. No app. No journaling. No ten-step routine. Just your hands. Each finger taps into a different pathway in your nervous system. When you touch thumb to finger, youโ€™re not fidgetingโ€”youโ€™re changing the signal your body is following. Pointer = activate Middle = stabilize Ring = calm Pinky = release This works because your brain is constantly tracking internal state. Change the inputโ€ฆ and your system adjusts fast. Next time you feel anxious, angry, or offโ€” donโ€™t spiral, donโ€™t react, donโ€™t fire off that text. Run the sequence. Let your body reset itself. Follow me and comment โ€œupspiralโ€ and Iโ€™ll send you more tools like this from my manifestation program. #nervoussystem #anxietyrelief #mindbody #somatichealing #upspiral

Your dysregulated nervous system isnโ€™t your problem. It is a symptom of your actual problem. The dysregulation is a consequence of your actual problem. You donโ€™t need to spend so much time, energy and effort on healing your nervous system or trying to *expand its capacity so it can hold the things you want*. Sure itโ€™s nice to do that and it makes you feel better temporarily - but youโ€™re still just managing a symptom. What you get to do instead is get to the reason why you are in a dysregulated state in the first place - which more often than not is something outside of your conscious awareness. Itโ€™s the hurts you experienced and the associated stories and interpretations about you and life and the world that are in your subconscious that cause you to be in fight, flight, freeze or fawn. And when you dissolve those, your nervous system can go back to a regulated state all by itself. It doesnโ€™t require you to do the heavy and actually impossible lifting. Ready to ditch the heavy regulating and dissolve whatโ€™s holding you back? I help my clients do exactly that so they experience relationships and life in a new way. Send me a DM and weโ€™ll chat.
