Here is exactly how I like to structure my pull day. I start with a wide grip lat pulldown to bias the lower lats, then move into some unilateral close grip rows to bias the upper lats. After that, I do a chest supported row with flared elbows to target the upper back and rear delts. For biceps, I’m doing a straight bar cable curl, and you can always add in a hammer curl variation to target the brachialis.
