Pumpkin chocolate chip bread Ingredients 1 can (425g) pumpkin puree 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted 3 tbsp (45g) neutral oil 1 large egg, room temp 1 tbsp (15g) vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream or greek yogurt 1 2/3 (210g) cup all purpose flour 1 tsp (5g) cinnamon 3/4 tsp (3.75g) pumpkin spice Pinch of salt 1 tsp (5g) baking soda 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chips Method: Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9*5 baking loaf pan with parchment paper. In a bowl crack an egg add brown and granulated sugar mix until a smooth paste forms. Add butter and oil. Mix to combine. Add in vanilla extract. Mix well. Add pumpkin puree and sour cream. Mix for 1-2 min until well combined. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. All purpose flour, salt , baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice. Mix well until combined. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet batter. Add in chocolate chips. Mix until the batter is just combined. Do not over mix at this point. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf and bake for 70-80 min or until the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting and enjoy. #pumpkin #chocolatechip #pumpkinbread #recipe

if i had to rank my most essential fall recipe, this would be it. this super moist, perfectly spiced pumpkin bread is the ONLY pumpkin bread recipe you will ever need (dramatic? yes. but trust your girl). it’s also made in one bowl and perfect on its own but ALSO a fantastic base if you want to add any fun flavors or toppings (chocolate chips, anyone?!). the full recipe is below and on bromabakery.com, enjoyyyyy! Ingredients • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/4 cups sugar • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 teaspoons cinnamon • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/2 teaspoon ginger • 1/4 teaspoon cloves • 1/4 teaspoon allspice • 1 cup pumpkin puree • 1/2 cup canola (or vegetable) oil • 1/3 cup milk • 2 eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 1 pound loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda & powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice until combined. 2. Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and add in pumpkin puree, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk the wet ingredients together in the center, then whisk them into the dry ingredients until just combined. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake the bread for 30 minutes. If at this point your bread is a little browned, tent the pan loosely with tin foil. This prevents excess browning of the top of your loaf. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Enjoy!

brown butter pumpkin bread w a salted maple brown butter glaze!!! 👼🍂🍞🍁 so good, moist, pillowy, and spiced 🫶 brown butter pumpkin bread recipe: 190g brown sugar 90g white sugar 15oz pumpkin puree— a can 2 large eggs 100ml whole milk 30ml brown butter 80ml neutral oil ~1 tbsp vanilla paste and/or extract ~1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste 240g all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice, adjust to taste salted maple brown butter glaze: 25g brown butter 50g maple syrup 50g powdered sugar salt & vanilla extract milk Brown your butter and let it cool, measure out 30ml. Combine all of your wet ingredients together, ideally all ingredients should be around room temperature. Sift all of your dry ingredients together over the wet ingredients. Whisk everything together until combined but don’t overmix the batter or it’ll be dry. Prep baking tin with brown butter (genius isn’t it) before pouring batter into tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 350f for ~40 to 45 mins. Check often around the 40 min mark by sticking a toothpick in and very little sticks to it. for the glaze i typically just eyeball everything LOL about 1 part of brown butter with 2 parts both of maple syrup and powdered sugar, add a splash of milk until desired consistency, vanilla and salt. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes and pour the glaze on while it’s still slightly warm, this will make sure it stays moist notes: Pumpkin Puree: I use Libby’s pumpkin puree (@libbyspumpkin) If using other pumpkin puree brands make sure the texture is correct, I’ve found most other brands are liquidy so I’d place the puree in the middle of a paper towel and gently squeeze out some of the water until the right consistency then measure it Salt: I like adding the salt in with the wet ingredients and then tasting to see if I like it and adjust from there. BUT it is still uncooked batter in it so if you get sick doing this don’t quote me 👼😘 keep this wrapped in the fridge so it stays moist and allow it to come to room temp again (or warming it up) before eating! #pumpkinbread #recipe #baking #fall #homecafe

A must bake for the Fall time 🍁 Here’s what you need: 2 cups oat flour 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 13 oz pumpkin puree (heaping 1 1/2 cups) 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled 2/3 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs, at room temperature 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate chips, plus more for topping Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the pumpkin, coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until combined and smooth. Using a rubber spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, top with additional chocolate chips and transfer to the oven. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with some moist bits.
