If you don’t know what I’m talking about - congratulations and maybe send this to your girlfriend. Who am I kidding, you probably don’t have one. If your lower back pain is chronic, this can still help with temporary relief, but you might want to check out my other routines to actually strengthen that area instead of just stretching away the pain for half a day. Or don’t, up to you. I’m sure your colleagues are dying to hear more about all your aches and pains.

Upper back mobility can impact so many things, so working on it is super important! The mid back can impact your neck, shoulders, and lower back and it can be impacted by your workouts, daily activites, etc. People all harp on posture, but really the only “bad” posture is one you can’t get out of! The goal is to be able to move into and out of different positions, so movement throughout the day is important! And if you have no pain you can add weight and do Jefferson curls! But if you need to dial it back even further. Hug your leg and let it pull you into flexion.
