Your palms should be facing each other. 3. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ - Bend slightly at the knees, push your hips back, and keep your back straight. This is your starting position. 4. ๐Ÿ†™๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ - Stand up by extending your hips forward and squeezing your glutes.
