Why this works: • Strengthens rear delts and mid-back • Improves scapular retraction and external rotation • Reduces stress on the front of the shoulder • Improves posture and shoulder positioning • Carries over to pressing and pulling strength How to do it 👇 1️⃣ Anchor a band or rope at face height.
