How to do it right: 1️⃣ Seat height Adjust the seat so the handles are at mid-chest level. 2️⃣ Back & posture Sit tall, chest up, shoulders pulled back. Do not round your back. 3️⃣ Grip & elbow position Hold the handles with a slight bend in your elbows. Do NOT lock or flare your arms. 4️⃣ Movement Bring the handles together slowly until they meet in front of your chest. Squeeze your chest for 1–2 seconds. 5️⃣ Return slowly Open your arms in a controlled way.
