If you’re looking for an exercise that gives a lot of bang for your buck👇🏻 This is an amazing exercise to help combat neck pain, headaches, upper back pain, knots between your shoulder blades, poor posture, and shoulder pain.  To correctly perform: 1. Half kneel against a wall. If you prefer standing, stagger your stance and make sure not to rotate your pelvis. 2. Hold arms straight in front of you at shoulder height. 3. Keeping your elbows straight, rotate the arm closes to wall up and over your head in an arc like a rainbow. Go as far as you comfortably can. Follow with your gaze. 4. Return on starting position, then rotate away from the wall as far as you can. Perform 1-2 sets of 8-10 reps on each side. Exercise should be pain free. 👉🏻 Want more help improving your symptoms? When I first started posture exercises a few years back, I wasn’t expecting much. But then, after only about two weeks, I could hardly believe the changes. 🥹 Not only I had totally transformed my back and achieved an elegant posture, but my face was changing too. 👉🏼 My fine lines were fading, my skin was glowing, and my double chin (which weren’t due to excess weight but to poor lymphatic drainage) was gone.
