3 números, 7 reglas ⬇️ Guárdalo, porque esto es lo mínimo que necesitas para perder grasa sin cargarte tu rendimiento en los WODs (sí, también la abdominal). Para empezar a definir en CrossFit solo necesitas controlar 3 cosas: calorías, proteína y pasos diarios. NÚMERO 1 – CALORÍAS 1️⃣ Calcula tus calorías de mantenimiento Fórmula sencilla: peso corporal (kg) × 30–33 kcal Ejemplo: 80 kg × 30 = 2.400 kcal (mantenimiento aproximado). 2️⃣ Aplica un déficit moderado (10–15%) 2.400 × 0,85 ≈ 2.040 kcal Ese será tu punto de partida para perder grasa sin quedarte sin gasolina para entrenar. NÚMERO 2 – PROTEÍNA 3️⃣ Prioriza la proteína • 2–2,2 g por kg de peso corporal Clave para mantener músculo, fuerza y recuperación entrenando CrossFit. Ejemplo: 80 kg → 160–176 g proteína ≈ 640–700 kcal. 4️⃣ Después, las grasas • 0,8–1 g por kg Importantes para hormonas y salud, pero sin pasarte. Ejemplo: 80 kg → 65–80 g de grasa ≈ 585–720 kcal. 5️⃣ Los hidratos son lo que queda Aquí está el combustible para rendir en los WODs. Ejemplo con 2.040 kcal: • Proteína: 160 g → 640 kcal • Grasas: 70 g → 630 kcal 2.040 – 1.270 = 770 kcal para hidratos ≈ 190 g de carbohidratos 6️⃣ Marca un mínimo diario innegociable • Poco activo: 6–7.000 pasos • Activo: 8–10.000 pasos Los pasos ayudan a crear déficit sin tener que meter más cardio ni destrozarte. 7️⃣ Entrena fuerza 3–5 días/semana Busca progresar en rangos de 5–12 repeticiones, manteniendo fuerza y músculo mientras bajas grasa. 👉 Las pesas conservan el físico. El déficit quita la grasa. El CrossFit mantiene el rendimiento. 📌 Resumen rápido: • Déficit moderado • Proteína alta • Pasos diarios • Fuerza + CrossFit con progresión Nada más. Lo simple, bien hecho, siempre gana.
