This gives your neck a stable base so it can actually sit upright. 2 > ​Neck: Forward head posture drags the tissue under your chin down. Do daily chin tucks to fix the habit. Pull your head straight back horizontally to align your ears over your shoulders and tighten the skin under your jaw. 3> ​Tongue: If your tongue drops, your face grows downward over time (if growing), or just keeps your hyoid hanging low, giving you a "turkey neck". Keep the entire tongue flat against the roof of your mouth, lips sealed, breathing through your nose. This puts upward pressure on the maxilla, lifts the hyoid and supports your bone structure. ​Fixing your back fixes your neck, which aligns your skull, which makes correct tongue posture possible.

Le Facepull est un exercice intéressant pour renforcer les deltoïdes postérieurs, les trapèzes, mais également les muscles de la coiffe des rotateurs ! Contribuant ainsi à améliorer la posture et à réduire les déséquilibres musculaires au niveau des épaules. C’est un exercice très interessant dans le cadre d’une Re-athlétisation, réhabilitation, mobilité de l’épaule, stabilité scapulaire ou même en échauffement ☝🏻 Également en hypertrophie, même si ce n’est pas le meilleur exercice dans cette optique. Le Facepull est également un mouvement préventif, car il aide à renforcer les muscles de la partie supérieure du dos. C’est un excellent exercice pour le renforcement globale de tout l’arrière du haut de votre corps 🙂‍↕️.
